Crash analysis and enriched stack traces

We automatically analyse the error stack trace, enrich it with contextual, environmental and application state data and show you the path down to the last line of code that caused it.
We use OpenAI to analyze all of the error data and provide you with the most likely cause and fix suggestion.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Simply navigate to the account settings in your dashboard and choose the desired plan. The changes will be reflected immediately, and any adjustments in pricing will be applied on your next billing cycle. Our support team is more than happy to provide guidance and recommendations.

What is considered an event

An event is a single api call to our reporting endpoint. For example a single unhandled exception, full crash report or any handled exceptions that you choose to report.

What happens when I get over the monthly limit of my plan?

If you exceed the monthly limit of events on your plan, don't worry, we will still keep recording your events, it will just be on a lower rate limit (so for example every 10th event). We will also notify you via email in case you you would like the option to upgrade your plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe as our payment provider and they accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
