Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Simply navigate to the account settings in your dashboard and choose the desired plan. The changes will be reflected immediately, and any adjustments in pricing will be applied on your next billing cycle. Our support team is more than happy to provide guidance and recommendations.
An event is a single api call to our reporting endpoint. For example a single unhandled exception, full crash report or any handled exceptions that you choose to report.
If you exceed the monthly limit of events on your plan, don't worry, we will still keep recording your events, it will just be on a lower rate limit (so for example every 10th event). We will also notify you via email in case you you would like the option to upgrade your plan.
